GADGETS: Say hello to Foaster: The fun charger unleashed!

Mobile PHONE CHARGERS are probably the last thing you think of when it comes to cool or fun gadgets, but it doesn't have to be that way. The Foaster shakes things up with a design that looks suspiciously like a toaster for your phones and TABLETS, albeit without the ability to cook them! Read on to find out more.

The Foaster is all about design, with its simple and attractive styling promising to cut down on clutter and cables. It mimics a regular toaster, but instead of popping bread into the top, whack in your mobile phone, and watch as it charges without the need for yet another set of cables.

You'll also find tablets and phablets are catered for, and although there are only a couple of phone-sized SLOTS in the top of the Foaster, the ends split and slide out, revealing space for up to four different devices of varying sizes.

Covena Design, the team behind Foaster, explain that it was initially designed for the Apple iPhone, but following feedback the design was changed slightly to work alongside a host of ANDROID-based (and even Windows Phone) blowers too. So if you've got a phone that charges via microUSB, there's a good chance it'll work with Foaster, at least if the port is on the bottom of the phone.
