Ice T just had to let it ALL OUT once Iggy Azalea took home "Top Rap Artist" at Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards.
While he does say the he doesn't "hate her" or even know Iggy, he still still laughs at her win and sarcastically crowns her the "Queen of Rap."
