The lawsuit between 50 Cent and Rick Ross' baby mother Lastonia Leviston continues to get more complicated and messy by the minute.
Remember the big beef between Rick Ross and 50 in 2010? That's when Ross' baby mother's sex tape leaked. She had filed a lawsuit over the leak of that footage claiming that she "contemplated suicide."
Well 50 wants NO part of that lawsuit as he is now suing Rick Ross claiming that he should be responsible for the tapes leak.
Confused yet?
He claims in the lawsuit recovered by TMZ, that that it was actually one of Ross' people that leaked the footage and he merely just linked it from there. He also claims he has the footage to prove it. Hmm.
She claims that the guy in the tape gave it to 50 Cent. In other words...this can get ugly before it gets better.
