As a follow up to the Killer single/Video for Girls Killing It, Aina More has released the new Artwork - or should we say Art Full stop - for New Single, 'Afrikan Lady'.
The images shot in Lagos, Nigeria by TCD where taken on a recently embarked trip, when Aina More performed Live with the 13piece Bantu band at the 27th Edition of Afropolitan Vibes. Looks where Inspired by and styled by UK Bred-Nigeria Stylist/Designer Kitschai.
Aina More Commented that: Afrikan Lady is a very straight forward song about who I am as an Afrikan Woman. In this case (the images) I chose to embrace my melanin as I believe it's one of the things that heavily account for who I am and I consider it to be true Wealth. Afrikan women today are a variety of many things and I didn't want to portray just the traditional Afrikan woman in these images.
The single will be released in the coming weeks and features production from Benie Macaulay along with a Full Live version recorded at the World Renown Abbey Road Studios.
