Rising East London rapper Solid 806 has been steadily making waves with sets and live performances across the capital’s rap battles, open mics and other events – including opening an mma event.
His latest single ‘Encore’ sees the versatile artist jump on an upbeat afro wave beat. Produced by Young G with an afrobeats inspired music video directed by Gerssis, the track follows his previous single, the banger ‘Count The Money’ which was championed by Linkup TV. It was that track which caught the ear of the folk at Defenders Ent, who Solid 806 is now signed to.
The young emcee is keen to start releasing more music and has set sights on building his brand with more singles, live shows and a debut album all in the pipes for 2020.
