Rose May Alaba is a not only a singer but a musician, a dancer and a fashionista,as some would describe her.
She writes her own songs plays the piano and the guitar and puts on quiet a show with her background dancers. Rose May‘s strength is her versatile and unique voi- ce. She started doing pop which got her to the top of the Austrian iTunes Charts where she landed on #1 with her single „Love Me Right“. Her absolute highlight of her career, she said, was performing the unified song „Can You Feel It“, which she wrote herself, at the Special Olympics 2017.
After working with different Producer she discovered the love for afro beats which brought her back to her roots. She decided to go to Nigeria and work with diffe- rent producer such as Young John, Kiddominant, Chopstix, Spotless and Sovida on the Beat.
With her latest singles „50/50“ft. Mayorkun and „Go Down Low“ she‘s not only proud to have stepped ground in her fatherland Nigeria but to have brought her roots, Afro Beat, back to her hometown Vienna/Austria, where she was born and grew up. The sound of the charismatic singer is fresh and unique and that‘s exact- ly why people love her.
