It has been an exciting year in the Nigerian entertainment industry, and it is about to get even better. Chocolate City, a leading Nigerian record label that parades international superstars like M.I., Jesse Jags, Ice Prince and Brymo, in partnership with Conceptshot Nigeria Limited and Pearl Entertainment is thrilled to present the debut album launch of one of its artistes - Ice Prince Zamani.
The album is titled, E.L.I, an acronym for “Everybody Loves Ice Prince”. The launch has been scheduled for 9 October 2011 at the Expo Hall of Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos. Ice Prince had earlier released two singles off the E.L.I.
album – “Oleku” and “Superstar” which won him multiple awards. The two songs have worldwide appeal evidenced by constant high demand for Iceprince to perform them at shows across the continents. Both songs have also been reported to have the highest remixes and downloads in the year of release. E.L.I. has a compilation of tracks that will further portray Iceprince as a multi-talented hip-hop artiste.
The event will showcase live musical performances of not only the very best Nigerian artistes but also multi award winning African artistes who have been featured on the album. As a part of the media build up to the event, Ice Prince will make a number of appearances at the hottest spots in Lagos and also have a television and radio tour.
