Renowned publication Rolling Stone magazine has created a top 10 list of their favorite mixtapes of 2013. Check out their list. Do you agree?
Here a note via Rolling Stone in regard to the current state of mixtapes: “the best rap music came via free mixtapes posted to the various aggregating web sites (DatPiff, LiveMixtapes) that have sprouted up in response to what has become a booming cottageindustry. Mixtapes are now where hit singles and real careers are birthed, and where established rappers return to prove they still have it.”
Here’s the full list.

2. Action Bronson, ‘Blue Chips 2′
3. Migos, ‘Young Rich Niggas’
