Singer, song writer, play composer , Dotto Bernad Bwakeya A.k.a Lameck Ditto was born in 1987, in western Tanzania, Kagera Region to be precise, he started his carrier by the age of 17 at a crew owned by the most famous hip pop artist known as Afande Sele and at this time he was featued by Afande in the whole Second Afande Sele's album.
In 2005 Ditto released his first single known as DUNIA INA MAMBO (the world has so much),onto which he featured Afande Sele, the song that introduced him well in the music industry. He also participated in track Darubini Kali Ft AFANDE SELLE, Dar-es-salaam Stand up Ft Chidi Beenz And Muda Umefika Ft Chiku Kettoincludes getting a chance to perform in the most respected music events such as Fiesta and East Africa Finest And Zanzibar Film Festival (Ziff).
in November 2011, Ditto travelled to New York to perform alongside Katherine Mc Phee and Angelique Kidjo in a fundraising concert for Malaria No More – an American NGO. Ditto’s show was well received and he gave a unique performance with the rest of the THT artists.

Lameck Ditto is well known for his writing skills whereas he wrote the anthem song for Malaria known as Zinduka a song which has been performed by most famous and respected artists of Tanzania, moreover he has wrote some hit song like "Angalau" (at least) and performed by the most respected diva in Tanzania Linah, and Kariakoo song been performed by Mataluma another super star in Tanzania.

Currently, Ditto has released his first album known as WAPO meaning "they are in" whereas in it he has reflect the truth of life both socially,economically and politically.
