ABOUT UZZY TEBUDIGA
Uzzy Tebudiga is a Nigerian-Ghanaian Afro R&B Singer/Songwriter. Born Usman Olateju Lawal, Uzzy Tebudiga was born in the early 90s in Lagos, Nigeria.

Growing up to the sounds of Michael Jackson, Bob Marley and Ebenezer Obey, as played by his mother; these sounds inspired Tebudiga to appreciate music as an art form.

With a degree in International Relations/Political Science from the Houdegbe North American University Benin Republic, Tebudiga introduced himself to the music industry with his cover for Wizkid’s “Don’t Dull” in 2010 which he titled “HNAUB Don’t Dull” The remix went viral and became a campus hit.

His sound is self- described as Gote; an Afro-Hybrid Mashup of Afro beat and other genres like Rock, R&B, Hip-hop and Pop.

With music features on songs like Big Mo’s “Balling since 1990 ft Banky W and Dammy Krane, Steez and Cruize Ft Chykay& 2Slick, Ori Mi ft SnazzB, Tebudiga continues to explore his vocal strength and push his personal music boundaries.

Currently inspired by Fela, Ryan Leslie and Chris Brown, Tebudiga creates music with these influences driving his current music projects.

Tebudiga is currently signed to Blackbody Entertainment, a label that has contributed to the successes of Music artists like Timaya and Chykay.
