JAH PRAYZAH LIVE IN THE UK THIS WEEKEND





Multi award-winning musician, Jah Prayzah will headline ZIMFEST LIVE https://www.zimfestlive.com/ at Kempton Park on August 19. Just 16 miles from the capital, Jah Prayzah will complete a line-up that includes Evicted, The Heritage Survival Band, Ard Matthews and Tytan to name a few and DJ sets from the reknowned Musiq Avenue and King Alfred this weekend at the UK’s Longest running Zimbabwe diaspora festival. This comes as ‘My Lilly’, his collaboration with Nigeria’s Davido - one of the most sought-after pop artists on the African continent breaks through the million views mark on Youtube. The video, directed by the esteemed GodFather (D’Banj, P Square, Burna Boy), sees Davido singing lines in shona (one of Zimbabwe’s languages) and is already making waves back home with support across MTV Base and Trace.

Jah Prayzah is one of the fastest growing success stories from Southern Africa at the moment. With passion and drive, he is establishing himself as a true ambassador for Zimbabwe and ‘My Lilly’, is the latest in a line of pan African collaborations between him and some of the hottest talent from the continent.
