A top-heavy pole dancer from South America who had a succession of breast enlargement operations has ended up in hospital after she fell off the pole and burst one of her implants.
Venezuelan model Diosa Canales, 28, ended up losing her grip while performing and landed on her chest which cushioned her fall.
But the impact also burst one of her implants causing her to be rushed to hospital.
