Dj Notorious Neptune teams up with Material to drop a fast tempo single titled 'Ekoje - Eat it'. Packed with the essential ingredients of a club banging afrobeats tune, the chorus of the song simply addresses the insatiable appetite of music lovers, especially for their favourite song. If a track is sweet - Eat it (Ekoje) The storyboard is different from the usual club scene videos. Baba G – A character played by Material falls asleep at the bar after being seriously intoxicated and has an unusual dream; a dream that sets the theme for the video and also adds hilarious hints to it.
Dj Notorious Neptune is a household name within the music industry, based in the UK and a member of the Nigerian Djs UK Chapter. Material is an afrobeats artist based in the UK and is renowned for the use of Yoruba language in his songs. This track however is a simple, catchy, appealing and danceable club track with a lot of potentials. Its timely release this summer is almost a guarantee that this will be on the playlist of most DJ’s at many events and club nights.
